THE DOG DIES??!?

This goes all the way back to the beginning of season 1??? From the second episode of the whole series?

That dumb little vaguely threatening coincidental thing that happened back in Gatorsburg, seemingly just to add tension to that episode, is an actually significant plot point a season and a half later.

And can I tell you how much I love the parallel mystery solving groups? 

How brilliant is this show you guys.  How.  Brilliant.

There are acclaimed live action shows that don’t have this kind of attention to detail and plot, not to mention character development and realistic group dynamics. 

This is easily the most brilliant revamp this series has ever seen.  I mean, you take a classic series- a series that’s been reincarnated and parodied countless times over the last four decades.  A children’s cartoon series, that from the start had a basic plot pattern that repeated itself every episode.  You think what more could they possibly do with it.  And they come up with this- this brilliant backstory series with a continuous story that just gets more interesting with each episode, and yet never loses the character of the original show. 

Needless to say, I’m incredibly impressed with this show, and I don’t understand why on earth Cartoon Network hasn’t recognized what they have here and advertise the shit out of this.

Ugh, this hiatus is going to drive me crazy ;A;
